Here's my prediction: Apple is on their way to court right now to file a lawsuit against Google for swiping their magnetic doohickey. Injunction? Google should have disabled the sensor then re-enabled it later through a OTA.

May I be wrong for the first time.

Paypal held my funds and Google just about cancelled the order so I called today and I was told that my order indeed did go through and I did not have to order again which was good, however shipping of my 2 July package has not commenced.. Rep I spoke to said that UPS is handling about 10,000 shipments/day.

I asked because the Gamestop lady told me they were expressly forbidden from even taking photographs of the things. Can I declare this launch a CF at this point? We've got places that have it in stock that are not selling it. We've got reports that this is because of Google for some unknown reason. We've got other retailers who are selling it because either Google didn't tell them not to or they're just ignoring what Google told them. Through the whole thing Google says absolutely nothing. This whole thing is ridiculous.
