I have recently done S-Off on my phone, i am glad i did, i was doing some research on these forums and found a useful link that includes many radios from the Htc EVO 3D for sprint (CDMA) [RADIO] HTC Evo 3D (CDMA) Radios [PG86IMG.zip] (Updated: 31 July 2012) - xda-developers
Warning: These radios will only work if your phone is S-Off i dont take responsibility if your phone Catches on fire , You should also have an older version of H-boot (1.04). This is not my work, i am just doing a detailed post about it. dont forget you can always go back to stock radio by flashing the RUU. USING STOCK ROMS WILL CAUSE BOOTS LOOPS. I recommend a sense based rom 3.6.
I tested all these radios and noted down the signal strength/speed/functionality/and daily use.
UPDATE: Links have been fixed, Thanks Brian706 you can find his orignal thread Here>

From Gingerbread-based RUUs:
0.97.00.0513: this is one of the older radios i got decent signal on it better than stock but my speeds were not very consistent, sms mms and phone calls functioned properly.
0.97.00.0518: This is probably one of the most commonly used radios for evo 3D users, my signal was good but it fluctuated quite a bit, my data speeds on the other hand were probably some of the highest i have seen, sms was good mms was not sending though for some reason, phone calls were working properly
0.97.10.0530: This is the currently radio i am using it is the best for me, My signal does not fluctuate very often im consistently getting full bars and 3g, my data speeds are very equal to the stock radio, sms is fast mms works phone calls are good, my battery is still at 80% on midnight rom (off charger for about 6 hours light use few phone calls 50 texts and some data usage also lots of data speed tests) i highly recommend this version for the evo v it may not work as good as you but a lot of 3D users seems to prefer this one the most.
0.97.10.0808: I ran this radio of about 20 minutes i was getting many reboots for some reason im not sure why, i flashed a different radio over it and didn't test it much.
1.06.00.1216: (last version of the GB based radios) This was an average radio signal was ok not much fluctuation , similiar to the stock radio just less fluctuation.
From Ice Cream Sandwich-based RUUs:
1.09.00.0706: I used this radio for a few hours it is the latest version and is ICS based my signal did not fluctuate much but my signal seemed much weaker then it usually is, my data speeds were decent though, sms mms and phone calls were functioning but for some reason my phone was heating up a bit possibly from the weak signal.
Wimax: Don't Forget to flash a wimax radio with these the orignal thread has all the information you need about this.
