Bad News
Let me start off by saying that I am not responsible for the Mayan Apocalypse, burnt grilled cheese sandwiches, or if you cat catches on fire, or for whatever you do to your phone in the privacy of your own home or anywhere else for that matter! AND i DIDN'T CREATE ANY OF THIS, I JUST BROUGHT IT TOGETHER FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.

Start off with Odin of the latest Jelly Bean leak for updated RPM, radio, and whatnot

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1974114

You will have to also Odin the SuperSU + Unlocked Bootloader (same thread)
The install VRBLK3 Bootchain with TWRP Recovery 2.3.1.0 (same thread)

DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!
Then install Goomanager from the market, hit menu-settings-Install OpenRecoveryScript for TWRP 2.3.3

FYI do not use an earlier version of TWRP, or clockwork trust me you will have a bad time!

Then flash the brand new LIQUIDSMOOTH 4.2.1 Jellybean and Gapps here

[ROM] [AOSP]

super siked to try this when i have time!!

does mobile data work consistently?

thanks so much! People please leave feedback if you test it out!

Haven't had a single data issue but the GPS can be a bit wonky. He released version 1D on his twitter and all that is working fine now. This version has over clocking and the whole deal. I haven't had any grief with this one what so ever.

Can anyone clarify some stuff for me?

I usually just load a zipped ROM onto my SDCard and install it from recovery, so im not familiar with the terms.

What does it mean to "Odin" something?

Also i see he mentions to load the stock JB first, then load his ROM ... does this mean i should NOT wipe data when installing his?

I want to flash this rom, can i do it like i do every other rom? Ill just copy it to my SDcard and flash it from recovery? or will that not work for this rom?

thank you, and merry christmas

hey all

Ok i did the first half of this (flashed the JB rom he listed using Odin)

Im ready to flash this. Can anyone confirm the data doesn't knock out, and that camera/gallery work properly?

The data signal isn't as strong, if you live in a low signal area, may want to hold off. But that is also why I always say flash the latest radio and RPM so that you get the best you can. The other issue I have noticed is the kernel governor is a bit wonky. When I had first installed liquid 1, the camera had issues, on 1e it seems to be fine. I installed the side install as a workaround. Installing the JB leak updated the radio and whatnot. I changed my kernel governor to interactiveX and it seems to run faster. But it hot boots when I run quadrant. So I really wouldn't run testing on it like that yet.
