Root [International] Galaxy S3 WIFI wont turn on after sytem file change. PLEASE HELP!

Ive got myself a new S3 (o2 UK).
I rooted it and then i wanted to make it connect to ad hoc wifi's.
i changed a system file:
/system/bin/wpa_supplicant
into a different one which was meant to fix it.
from then my wifi wont turn on at all.
i swapped the file with the old one again as i thought it would fix the issue and i did the factory reset and clead everything.
it didnt help
now im stuck.
will installing a new system/ ROM help?
how do i do it?
please help im desperate

PROBLEM SOLVED. Thanks guys. Ive fixed it and works fine now bot Ive flashed an undeodexed rom and have to change it again. damn

just reflash the rom, that should sort it.

Welcome to the forum.

If you were using a custom Rom just reflash that. If not reflash your stock firmware. Firmware can be downloaded from here
