Go to settings, about phone, then status and post a screenshot so we can see your signal strength. Also do you have the unlimited plan cause those speeds look like you may be being throttled

yes I am on the unlimited plan.

That is better signal strength then I got and I get 5mbps all day weird. Only difference I see is mine says lte:13 and yours says lte:14

Lj3 but its the same on both.

No I looked into it they are both about the same and are decent. Just different stages of lte

You have any friends with a 4g phone on metropcs? You would have to find out some other peoples speeds in the area to know if it is something with your account or just the area

have you flashed anything lately...try restoring a backup maybe...

if not go into root explorer and then get into the build.prop(its in the system folder)

open in text viewer and scroll all the way down until you see these entries

ro.ril.hsxpa=1

ro.ril.gprsclass=10

they should look just like that...if they are different then that might well be the problem

based on my experiments I would say something in the build.prop is changed either through a ROM or accidental editing with an app like build.prop editor

Just checked and its normal. Only thing I've done is flash liquid smooth.
