Error code when trying to buy a App

I have been trying to buy a App form Google play and keep getting this message

Error while retrieving information from server(BM-PP-14)

what does that mean?

i have also tried buying it from the website with also no luck.

what could be the problem?

They've often got server errors, and that "bm-pp-14" elicits "server error" from Google. But often the errors are bumped back from the device, so you can clear the download manager cache along with the google play store app in application manager to clear up the issue (reboot after the cache clearing).

Just done this and not worked.

I am using a Galaxy Tab 2 that i am trying to download paid apps too.

I can download the free ones but not the paid ones.

well i am trying to download Tweetcaster pro and after doing what you said still getting the same error code.

just a little update i have just tried to download another paid app with no problems so seems to be that App which is the problem.

Are you still experiencing the issue today? I have now had several customers who told me that they were able to try again later and the purchase worked properly. We had reports of this on several of our apps and a Google search indicates it was happening to other, non-OneLouder apps, also.
