S4 stock alarm clock location question

Has anyone been able to get the location feature of the stock alarm clock to work? I've tried multiple times, with multiple settings but it seems that it always reverts to the next time based alarm.
I have found other 3rd party solutions that are available, but I'd like to try to get this to work first.
If anyone else has luck in setting a location (only) based alarm, please let me know how you did it.
I'm on a Galaxy S4, Jelly Bean.

Thanks for the tip but I had already verified that all of my location settings were enabled.
