Prestigio 4500 stuck on the boot screen :(

I installed new firmware with cwm recovery...after reboot phone stuck on boot load or logo :/ i try wipe data,factory reset,unmount memory card,gsm card,full battery on 100% and nothing happ...i try install again 2-3 time and nothing happ ...stuck on boot screen...

I have to ask. What guide where you following (URL?), and what ROM/firmware did you use? Was it specifically meant for the Prestigio. To restore it you'll probably have to try and get hold of the original manufacturer's ROM/firmware. I guess this is some cheapo Chinese thing, and so getting the correct ROM/firmware file might be rather difficult.

Can anyone on here read Russian and know about ROMs for Chinese tablets?

Sorry I can't help you any more here. AFAIK the Prestigio is a Chinese tablet from an unknown maker, and so doing ROMs, rooting and hacking can be very hit or miss.
