Hi again!

I have a bricked S3 that I have to send back to Verizon, as they shipped me a new one that is working :)

I am concerned about them being able to access files and texts that are saved on the internal phone memory. Since I cannot get my phone started to delete these, is there anything I should be concerned with, or anything I can do to make sure they will definitely NOT be able to access these?

I am anal when it comes to stuff like this, I have a ton of saved passwords and everything... all it takes is the wrong person to be the one handling my phone there :(

Any ideas/advice is appreciated! :)

Thank you :)

If the device is truly hard bricked, then chances are that they'll only run a basic test that it doesn't turn on. Once it fails that test, they'll probably send it to Samsung where they'll probably just swap out the broken hardware, completely wipe it if needed, and send it back as a refurb.

Great, thank you :) phone isn't soft bricked, I cant get it to turn on AT ALL. Even trying to do a reset, I can't. Definitely hard bricked, so that makes me feel a little better. Just was worried about someone attempting to fix it and being able to get my files on the internal phone memory :)
