Hey guys and gals, I just found this on Sprint.com forums. Basically, go in tomorrow, and don't take no for an answer if you are an RZ member. It is your phone to have, and if you need some leverage, call RZ support. Near the bottom of the page, there, "mwilkins" gives his story of having to call RZ support to get his phone. Do what you have to. Do what you will.
