For those worried about RZ early pick up

Hey guys and gals, I just found this on Sprint.com forums. Basically, go in tomorrow, and don't take no for an answer if you are an RZ member. It is your phone to have, and if you need some leverage, call RZ support. Near the bottom of the page, there, "mwilkins" gives his story of having to call RZ support to get his phone. Do what you have to. Do what you will.

Scorch posted the coupon we needed, if that is the issue, and it would have been for me. At the time, I had not seen that I did get email from BB for the coupon.

Yeah, but I definitely made a print out of that page of the thread just to have some more info to put in front of the people at BB. I'm printing the coupon right now and going to bed so I can wake up to make it there when the store opens.
