Some many things I love about my Droid I just can’t let it go. There is also many things that just makes me want to through it across the room and go back to a BlackBerry.

The question I have is the following problems related to the Android, Motorola Droid, Verizon, or a combination of one or more. I have searched the Droid forum and see these problems go back over a year. Through trial and error I have tried many suggested solutions but just like most have not found any fixes. Trying to decide if I want to try another Android phone or go back to the BlackBerry.

1) Bluetooth headset (Jawbone Prime) will not stay connected. I see this problem is not brand specific.
2) Outlook mail (non enterprise) sync problems will not always sync and deletes mail randomly. Trust me its set up correctly and I do not want to use Gmail for this one.
3) Yahoo mail sync problems, I could use Gmail for this one, but why should I have to. Every other phone I have ever had it worked just fine.
4) Outlook direct sync, I understand this is just the nature of the OS but do any of the Android phones have this ability?

Thanks in advance.

Outlook doesn't help at all as it's the mail client on your PC. The Droid doesn't connect to Outlook to retrieve mail. What type of mail account is it? What's the mail server?

130 views and nobody has any thing to add, other than someone who obviously didn't even read my post.
That's how it is with discussion forums sometimes. It's not your personal tech support site.

From what I've seen so far they all require a 3rd party sync solution.

Thanks takeshi

The outlook account is a is non enterprise, outgoing POP and incoming STMP. Some times it works great, other times it will not sync all day. Some days after opening an email it dissapears and can not even be found in my trash on the phone or the computer. My Yahoo mail does the same. The funny thing is they both act up or work great at the same time.
