galaxy s3 has no sound

hello i have a galaxy s3 and the problem is that the speaker isn't working and the earspeaker is not working too annd my mic is broken too howw do i fixx ittt sorry for my bad englisch

Did all this happen just after you got the 4.3 update? If so, bring the phone to the carrier and let them fix it, since they broke it. (How easy it will be to get them to do it depends on the laws in your country.)

If it wasn't caused by the update, what did you do immediately before it happened?

i bought it from the internet i tought it would be a quick fix but it isn't probably
