Help Got 4.3 update, should I install?

Couldn't fix battery life on mine. Wouldn't last a whole day after putting 4.3 on 9and doing a full hard reset etc.) so put Cyanogen on there. Much better. Last Samsung phone I buy sadly (as it was pretty great on 4.1.2 but I feel Samsung should provide at least a couple of years worth of updates and those updates should enhance the phone).

I never knew that! Nova says to clear launchers from the recent tasks list, so are they actually running?
