2. INIT.D SUPPORT (TO RUN SCRIPTS)


3. I ENABLED THE S5 SETTINGS UI INSIDE THE FRAMEWORK.APK



4. ENABLED MULTIWINDOW



5. ENABLED MORE LOCKSCREEN CHOICES FOR US



6. I REPLACED DEFAULT LOCKSCREEN AND HOMESCREEN WALLPAPER



7. I REPLACED THE STOCK BOOTSAMSUNG.QMU,THE BOOTSAMSUNGLOOP.QMG,AND THE SHUTDOWN.QMG WITH NEW ONES



8. I REPLACED STOCK POWERON.OOG WITH NEW ONE


9 GOT RID OF ALL MUSIC PLAYERS AND REPLACED THEM WITH APOLLO CM MUSIC PLAYER


10. REPLACED STOCK CALCULATOR WITH CM CALCLATOR



11. REPLACED STOCK ALARM CLOCK WITH 4.2 AOSP CLOCK

1. BOOT INTO RECOVERY


2. GOTO WIPE

3. GOTO FORMAT DATA AND TYPE IN YES

HIT ENTER

4. GO BACK AND SWIPE TO DO A FACTORY RESET


5. GOTO ADVANCED WIPE AND TICK

DALVIC CACHE
CACHE
SYSTEM
AND DATA

AND THEN SWIPE TO WIPE

6. GOTO INSTALL AND FIND STOCK LIGHT.ZIP

AND SWIPE TO INSTALL IT


THERE YA GO

THE FIRST BOOT WILL TAKE A FEW DON'T PANIC

IT WILL BOOT UP

THE ONLY BUG I KNOW OF IS THE PLAY STOR FORCES CLOSE WHICH I'M SURE IS EASILY FIXED I JUST DIDN'T FIX IT YET

Hey Every Time I Try To Install This It Takes An Hour And Still Doesnt Install I Did Every Thing You Said And I Am Using The Same Version TWRP You Are

make sure you are factory reseting typing yes to wipe data and do another full advanced wipe of dalvic cache, cache ,data and system
and if you want after install do another factory reset to be sure

are you wiping all this like i said ?

All good except for playstore tried installing modded p.s. from lucky patcher still no good fix permission Nada same results

Thank you for your time and effort on building this rom. Rom is snappy and quick. About the GP issue, I had galaxy exhibit 4g before this phone. Had the same issue, gp had corrupted data in it before the dev released the rom. Maybe that's the same issue here. Don't have cpu, or I would fix it. Hope someone can fix it, rom is stable other than that issue.

Yes, wiped and wiped and wiped. Reinstalled 5 different times today, wiped some more, still force closing. Can u fix this so we all can enjoy you're hard work?

Update report. I reinstalled new update and go still fcloses. Follow ur directions to a T. I've tried everything I know. Anything I can do to fix this issue as I own my own business and I depend on some apps needed for my business. Thank you for your continued hard work.

you cant use the play store like it is when you flash new rom you have to goto manage apps and find playstore and clear data and cache and then it should work if you have any issues after doing this then wait about 10 minutes so the dalvic cache can build up before you go back to use it again try this and let us know what happens

This sounds great. I am a noob but have been learning. Used TWRP and ODIN to root but never have installed a custom ROM. It sounds pretty straight forward according to your instructions. A couple of questions if you don't mind. After the factory reset are you still rooted? I downloaded the updated file to my PC, so do I just place the whole zip file on my phones SD card? Should I format the card or does it get wiped as well during the other steps?

you push zip to your sdcard then follow instructions above do not format sdcard that will wipe everything on the sd card off what i mean is once the rom boots up from being installed then you go to your settings

goto applications manager

goto "all"

scroll down to google play store

find clear data toggle and tick it this will clear cache as well then you should be able to use google play store without problem

if you have issues refer to post #15 above

Play store still not working have tried all options even deleted and install PS from lucky patcher keeps closing it opens and it never shows connection please help
