Help Help with wifi set up of Android Box.

Hi all

I have a Justop Quad Core MXQ Android TV Box. Had it for a few days and connected to my wifi ok.

This evening I switched it on and everything froze, no matter what I tried. I unplugged it and switched back on but was getting no signal. I went into settings and Network and ticked wifi. All I got was Refresh Access Point List... I then went into Other, then More settings and found the wifi was in the off position so I switched it on. However when I went back to Network to connect I found the same Refresh Access Point List...

I then went back into Other then More Settings and found the wifi was in the off position again.

Please can anyone help?

Thanks for the video. However my problem is when I turn wifi switch to on and then come out of the wifi page it just switches off again.

Do a factory reset on the box:

Thanks again Amoco. If I do this will I lose all my Kodi stuff etc?

I am not very tech minded and if I do lose all the stuff loaded onto the box there is no way I have the knowledge to get it back.

I don't own an android box,So I don't know.
