Okay, so I was kinda bored so I decided to go to an adult site on my Samsung Galaxy S6 with 6.0.1, unrooted and the option turned off for apps outside of google play(idk sorry if we can't talk about that) and went to PHub. I wasn't sure if I wanted to risk it since I haven't visited this type of site in about 1.5 years but decided it was worth it. At first the site wouldn't play the video when I clicked on it because of adblockplug for the Samsung Internet Browser(red flag to just go) so I unblocked the site but as soon as I did that it redirected me to a couple more sites other than PH. I panicked since my mobile antivirus didn't redirect me and I hit the back button but it took me more than 12 times just to get back to the original google engine. I did a scan with both Avast mobile security and Malwarebytes and they both came up clean, so I then factory reset my phone and repeated the process and nothing came up. Should I be worried or am I extremely paranoid?? I wouldn't be as worried by I read about the new kernel vulnerability that affects android devices and my phone isn't patched for April yet. I also contacted avast and they said that the 4.0 browser isn't supported with web protection for galaxy s6's.
