PLEASE HELP! App not moving to sd card but I KNOW it CAN!

I had to uninstall and reinstall an app. This app has ALWAYS been available to move to sd card, as I had it there previously. When I reinstalled it, it IS still showing up in my settings/app manager/sd card, so I know it's still available to move to sd (otherwise it wouldn't even show up in sd tab in app manger), but it's UNchecked. And when I check/tick it and click "move to sd card" I keep getting an error message that says "unable to move app." I tried restarting my device. Still won't work. (Galaxy Tab 4 Nook)

PLEASE help...I've had a HORRIBLE day. I won't even get into reasons why I had to do a clean install. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. It's NOT my sd card. It's fine. All my other apps are on it and functioning perfectly.

It's just a game app from the Google Play Store. I had it installed on my sd card and been using it for a long time. Now suddenly after the uninstall/re-install, it's THERE showing in sd card but there's no check beside it like before...and when I go to select/check it and click "move to sd card" it says "unable to move app." Please note: There IS, however, some sd card DATA (17.64MB) from that app showing on sd card, BUT it says "SD card app = 0.00KB".

Running KitKat.
