Help Cannot Open Camera

I have problem with opening camera. It says "Cannot connect to the camera. Please make sure to close all apps that may use camera or flashlight" but closing all app does not help. First time it was possible to open camera when I was clear cash of gallery and similar app but as soon as Iclose and open camera it was the same problem again. Factory reset and rewriting firmware did not help. I have found crash log file and here below copy of log file text:

A Kingzone phone is it? If factory reset or re-flashing didn't clear the camera problem, could be a hardware fault, like the camera itself died. Is it under warranty?

OK, I don't know who can repair a Kingzone K2, apart from the company itself in Shenzhen, or the service agent in Vietnam. Otherwise you'll be buying a new phone, if you want a working camera.
