Can't connect to Wifi

Hi,
I have an LG G3 D851.  It's been working fine until today.  It won't connect to the internet most of the time, and when it does it is for less than 20 seconds.
I know the problem is the phone as other devices connected to the same wifi are working fine.
I have no idea why all of a sudden it just won't even turn on the wifi setting, and when it does it cuts itself off within seconds.
The wifi signal is showing as Excellent.
I've rebooted twice to no avail.
I'm completely baffled, can anyone help please?

That sounds like could be a hardware problem with the WiFi in the phone itself, and very likely it's LG service required, especially given that you've already tried restarting, resetting etc.
