MXQ pro 4k Help

Hi,

I bought a MXQ pro 4k. I plugged it in and got the expected blue light but when I tried to turn it on I got only a black screen. I then got no signal at all. I then got a message saying the resolution was incorrect. I have tried it on every HDMI port and am not sure how to fix the problem.

Can anyone help me please?

Yes I have a Samsung ks7000. I do not have another TV. Thank you for your reply.
