Cannot send or receive photos

I have two Tracfone Galaxy phones: A20 & A10E. The A20 stopped sending/receiving photos last week on messenger. I switched over to the A10E and it has the same problem

I did a factory reset on the A10E which did not correct the problem. Hope someone here can help. Thanks in advance@

Check your mms settings in your message app. Also check with your carrier about mms

Thank you! I have 3 tracfones and all quit sending photos at the same time.

Did that fix it? Because 3 phones all stopping at once sounds like a carrier issue rather than a phone settings problem.

Thank you, Hadron. I also think it is a carrier issue. However an employee in Electronics at Walmart told me she had not had this type Tracfone complaint. I did read on another forum that someone had the same experience with tTracfone but it corrected itself after a few days. Will wait and see.

Think problem is solved. I think i needed to purchase additional data from Tracfone .
