Help A Very Odd Wifi Problem

For years now, using my Galaxy S9 Plus, I've never had any problem with the WIFI at the bar that I work at and frequent. Yet a few weeks ago I go in there, and the WIFI continuously disconnects. I can connect to it, however, once I boot up an app, a minute or will pass then it d/cs with a "Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting" message under the bar's WIFI.

The routers aren't even a year old. And I've tried everything that Google search and other sites have told me to try. Including unplugging and replugging the routers power, and even doing a factory reset to my cellphone.

They go through CenturyLink and have a....
Larger, stand up, black router
Smaller, white router
A WIFI booster

What's really odd is that all other devices connected to the WIFI work just fine. And my cellphone will connect to any other WIFI with no problems. It's just my phone and this WIFI that have suddenly stopped cooperating.

As I'm typing this out, I'm thinking it's probably more of a router issue. But then I circle back to, "Well, why does everything else that uses the WIFI work fine?" I even logged into a VPN on my phone and tried that, no luck.

I really don't see them going into the router and blocking my phone, let alone, knowing how to. If they had, would I be able to even log on in the first place?

I am so confused and desperate for help. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Busy or dead. Doesn't matter.
I considered that too, doesn't seem to be the case.
I just noticed yesterday that the opening of an app doesn't matter, it will disconnect app or no. I just didn't notice the d/c until I opened an app.
You know I'm not sure. Possibly. I hadn't considered that. I'll have to think about that one. I don't make note every time my phone updates, ya know?
Wifi seems solid. 5/5 bars. Plus they have a Wifi booster.

Are there other sources of Wi-Fi nearby?

Sometimes a device will continuously scan for available Wi-Fi, and can jump from one to another without warning.

This can be a real problem when surrounded by multiple weaker signals, ie. 200 feet from a strip mall where each business has its own open Wi-Fi.

See if there is a Wi-Fi setting that allows you to turn off continuos scanning.
