I see that you posted this question on the Magic forum and I already answered your question there. FYI the Magic+ is the exact same as the Magic with the E911 update applied to it. There is a post already here with a guide on how to root the Magic+ (Magic with E911).

You should really wait for an answer and not be cross posting your questions.
