Accessories Sprint silicone case (very nice)

I went to Sprint today to add insurance to my phone. The rep said they sold out of Evo by 11am launch day! They had a ton of accessories however and I picked up a black silicone case.

Let me start by saying I'm not really a "case guy" especially silicone. But this case is thin, very thin. Has more coverage than Seidio's Innocase (which I also love.) The hardware buttons are all covered but usable through the case; power, volume. The rear cut-away for the camera lens, flash and speaker are very well done.

The silicone is also smooth enough to slide into your pocket but still adds grip so that it feels secure in your hand. Overall it's a very nice case.

I also picked up one of these cases and am pretty satisfied with it. My customer service experience at the Sprint store was also faaaar better than at RadioShack, so I will definitely be going directly to Sprint for my phones/accessories from now on.

The thing i hate about silicone cases is it attracts a lot of lints and dust.... Is this case have the same issues as all other silicone cases?

Love the case too, but the fit definitely needs to be a little tighter. It's pretty loose compared to other cases I've used.. wonder if I can take a blow dryer to it or something and shrink it a bit.

ill be getting a xo body skin in the mail soon. hopefully it will tighten it up a bit.

I love it as well. No dust issues (y'all must have some dirty pockets) and its not too big or noticeable. Much better than a hard plastic case and will absorb impact from a drop much better.

My biggest concern is protecting the back camera lens. Does this case stick out furthur than it so it's protected when you set the phone down?

I picked up a body glove case and a set of screen protectors. The case doesn't add too much bulk either. I like it overall.

Just got my evo this morning. Picked up a silicone case from sprint tonight for $15. Very pleased! Just waiting on my screen guard to come in the mail and i will be good to go.

Silicone cases are starting to pop up on ebay now. Curious to see how they fit. I might order one when there are more colors available. Right now I'm only finding clear, black and pink. I already have a black case and I'd totally go for a white one.

My dad got the Sprint silicone case and we both hate it. It is way too slippery, makes the phone incredibly hard to hold on to, which it was already because it is so wide not to mention the case adds extra width. I just couldn't get over how slippery the case was, reminded me of a wet bar of soap. Even tried washing to case to see if that would help.

how sturdy are these silicone cases? if you grip the phone with some force, does the case scrunch up a bit?
