Handbrake question?

Which OS do I use to download this app on my EVO??

Not sure I understand...

Don't you download handbrake on your laptop 1st, then convert a video on your laptop to a format that can be viewed on your phone, and finally sync it to your phone?

I don't think you can actually download handbrake to your phone.

ooohhh, now I see...so when I convert it, is there a specific folder that I put them in on my SD Card...I am new using the Android, therefore, some of my questions may sound a little dumb...

Yeah when I converted a TV episode on my laptop with handbrake for my phone I synced my phone and put it in a folder called Video. Then when you pull up the gallery app it will be there (as long as it is the correct format - - - I converted mine to mp4 format).
