Regulators to examine 'unlimited' data claims

Would it not be more like T-Mob Unlimited but it's 3gb fair usage?

Although with T-Mob if you go over the 3gb you don't get charged they just slow the speeds, so I suppose it could be classed as unlimited...

That's how all of these "unlimited" tarriffs should run.. they shouldn't use the word "unlimited" if the user is charged once they hit the FUP, as it's clearly not "unlimited." Orange will charge me per MB if I go over 500MB despite me being on an "unlimited" data tarriff.
