believe me or not that is what happened if you want there story call them and ask them. if you read my posts i was not speaking ill of the company this should tell you something i even went out of my way not to use there name so as not to bias any views. they are a good company and if you get a chance to work for them it's an outdoors mans toys R us.If in fact it was not how i said it went down i would have slammed them outright said who they were and told you all not to go anywhere near them. but this is not the case it was a sucky decition but it was not made by my manager nore my store manager.

Any customer service oriented position is utter GARBAGE.. (no offense, I work in customer service as well) You are not only your employer's complete bish, you are the customer's bish. Hopefully you get unemployment and some time to find a better job. And with this economy it gives them all the more justification to do whatever the F they want. "times are tough" yeah they're tough, but for who? Good luck OP

I will do ANYTHING I can to avoid "servicing" (taking it up the butt) in the future.

seriously though. if u are innocent and DID NOT lose your cool when you were let go. you need to take this up the ladder.

even those corp shills who let you go have to answer to somebody. witholding ones "rage" and projecting instead calm, polite "outrage" will take you to a surprising amount of desired outcomes.

We get people coming to us all the time complaining about what an employ did or didn't do, most of them looking for a discount and 99% of the time its all bullshit. If I fired someone just because a customer complained about them, I'd be running the store by myself.

Hell, I probably wouldn't fire an employ for dropping the fbomb if it was in general conversation unless it was direct at a customer UNLESS I was already LOOKING for a reason to fire someone.

If thats what they fired you for, they were already looking for a reason or someone didn't like you.

Ive been a retail store mngr as well, probably half of us here have, but I think youre seriously misguided and if thats the way you think im sure that you wont be keeping your job for much longer either. You're making assumptions as to what the truth is, which is the key to bad management.

The tragedy that is the "at will" workplace. You can literally get fired for any reason(minus age,race, gender, or orientation) and there is nothing you can do about it. Make sure you know what political party your boss is a member of at your next job because if you guess wrong they can fire you for that too.

Sucks to here you got such a hard break. Keep in mind that when one door closes another opens. You just have to keep focus on everything available to you.
