Looking for an overlay-transparent keyboard that may be opened and overlayed in any app.

Hello, I have installed the ported Windows 98 on my Galaxy S. But, as you all may know the Galaxy S does not have a physical keyboard. Therefore, when I'm at the boot menu of 98 I cannot press "Down and enter" to boot without cd-rom support. So what I'm looking for is an app that's a keyboard in which will stay overlayed and possibly transparent in any app. So for example if I opened Angry Birds and this keyboard, I'd be playing Angry Birds with a transparent Keyboard in my way. Catch my drift? So if anyone knows of such an App, that'd be great! Otherwise I'll have to try Wifi-Keyboard and see if I can control it with my computer's keyboard. Thank you very much for your time and possibly your help. P.S. If you can think up any alternatives for me to do this, please share!

Wow - Windows 98? I'm only on Windows 7, so I can't really help you. Good luck with that, though.
