Help Charger issue

take the xoom and the charger into a verizon store tomorrow. have then test it with a new charger. you could very well have a faulty charger. worse case the port is damaged.

is your charger warm or is it cool? a small spot on the charger should be a tinge bit warm.. not hot but warm. there is a step down Xformer in there and its eating some energy to maintain a constant voltage/current to your device and it can get a spot warm..

Not warm at all. I thought that might be from no load being present, or of course not putting out any voltage. I'm so frustrated right now I'd take apart and make sure the connector was plugged up in it at the factory. But if that was not the case it would hurt my claim when I took it into vzw. Hehe

The thing is too small to get a volt meter probe into or I could check it that way too. It's really got me bummed out. :(
