Pretty good deal. Offer $200 and tell him you'll pick it up now and see what he says. If he declines offers $225. If he won't take any less then just buy it for $250.

That's a good price if it's unlocked. If it's tied to AT&T then no, you can get it cheaper with a contract, practically free.

If someone has an eligible upgrade, yet is trolling craigslist for a phone, chances are they either don't want to extend their contract or they aren't eligible for an upgrade.

For reference, I got my Atrix locally 4 months ago for $200. Took some haggling and I think I pissed the guy off, but whatever. I won.

I've talked with the Seller he's said he want's $275 for the phone I really do not know how good conduction it is after using it for 3 months I might do it or Might not. I got to meet the seller and take a look at it first to see if there isn't anything wrong with the device.

The seller might sell it on EBAY for $325

I'm in a contact with AT&T I got to wait for 1 year until I'm legible for an upgrade what happen was my other phone got stolen I left it on the chair opps... 10 mins later it was gone.....

I need to buy a phone without a contract I might as well goto the local ATT store and buy it brand new for only $450 I just might do this instead.

Does anyone know any tips or tricks to get it to work again?

With buying from AT&T you at least get a warranty. And if you sweet talk the sales person, they might be willing to give you a discount (tell them the story about losing your phone).

Atrix go for around $250-300 on craigslist these days.

So $250 for an excellent condition Atrix is a bargain.

$275 is still a good price. Remember the Atrix has only been around since late Feb 2011. So at most the phone is probably less than 5 months old.

Watch the "wording" good condition. My definition of good condition means very minimal scratches.

Unfortunately those on craiglist seem to think as long as the screen isn't scratch, they consider it in good condition.

ATT will not unlock the Atrix until Dec 2011. I called them about this. I got my Atrix unlocked via ebay seller for around $20. So factor in $20 if the Atrix is unlocked.

Although, unless you plan on using it outside the USA, it's kinda of pointless to get the Atrix unlocked and use EDGE on T-mobile unless you are around wifi most of the time or don't care about HSPA plus.

FYI: I got a mint condition zero scratches Atrix in May 2011 for $300 on craiglist. I've been very happy with the Atrix except for the usual complaints you see on these boards.

Hello - Here is another thought: if you do buy it from ATT, you might want to get their insurance in case you lose or break your new one. It is about $6 per month (with a 125 deductible).

In my experience, ATT has moved up my date a couple of times when I've moved to a new phone. Try different store (and the phone) because they have a good amount of flexibility in my experience.

I hope that helps!

Nice

The Atrix has lost a lot of its value in half a year. Not good for resale :(

yeah there is just so many other dual core phones coming out, I think that might be part of the low resale value, I orginally had a Atrix on the day they first came out and I unlocked it and used it over in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Austria and it worked sweet over there, I sold that one because of the Locked boot loader, now I`m back again and loving it running CM7:cool:

Smart move. Sell it when it still had its value and buy it back at a cheaper price, lol.

How stable is CM7?

I just installed it last night and I havn`t had any problems at all, super fast, no bloatware, I did a 2 different bench test and on Linpack I hit 68 mfolps, and a 3820 on quadrant score, so I`m really happy with it, only I thing I guess doesn`t work in CM7 is the video camera,(which I hardly ever use) other than that very stable:D

I'm glad I bought the Atrix 4G on Amazon Wireless as a new AT&T customer. Those prices are insane! I only paid $24.99 + activation. I hope that I never lose this baby!

AmazonWireless: Motorola Atrix 4G Android Phone (AT&T)

The only good thing with getting a phone on contract is that you don't become depress as you see you phone depreciate every month :(
Bought it for $670 when it came out now you can get it for $300 on ebay
