4G in Buildings

On my thunderbolt 4g was always weaker in buildings compared to outside. It appears to be the same with the nexus. I have notice the signal on the nexus is actually quicker to connect and will connect in more places than my thunderbolt would so in my case there isn't a signal strength issue

I chose Verizon specifically for their building penetration after reviewing all other carriers. They were the only ones able to give me a great signal inside my building. With that said, the GNex is definitely performing weaker than normal as far as building penetration goes. I think this weak recepetion issue has alot to do with it.

This could relate to the signal issue but since this is my 1st 4G idk if its true for every LTE anyway those the 4G signal Usally give out in Buildings or is it a phone thing?

I do not get 4G in my building but with that said, neither did my HTC Rezound. Outside, however, when doing comparisons my Nexus grabbed the 4G signal faster than the Rezound did.

It was the same with 3G. There were places I would go and get no 3G signal, even in my office my 3G signal was very weak and usually dropped to 1x.

Now I get 4G in the office but it isn't as strong as outside or in my house, and sometimes it drops to 3G, but I expect that where I sit. If fact most of us in my office on the first floor that have Verizon get a bad signal.

Here's a test I just ran inside my building, though I am on the 2nd floor.
