Best Thunderbolt Case

This is the case that I have now, but it cracked so I'm looking for a new one, something similar. I looked for a few other threads that were pretty old, just wondering if there is any new products that anyone knows about, has advice etc.

Anyone have any suggestions? Any response would be greatly appreciated.'

Seidio surface, same one you have. I've always considered it the best. But only get it straight from Seidio, don't go to a secondary vendor.

My favorite was the Seidio active myself. But the Surface case was decent. And I got a good deal on mine through another vendor. But, there's nothing wrong with getting it through Seidio.

You already had the best case. The texture of this case is perfect--smooth enough to slip in and out of jeans pockets, yet not glossy at all.

And like the poser above said, make sure you buy it from Seidio (or amazon...but make sure it is sold by amazon and not one of their BS secondary vendors).

thanks guys---! might go with sedio active, because my sedio surface is cracked, but not that its not repairable or unusable. might be a decent option.

saw a couple cool "trident" cases but im not sure what to think about it.

thanks again for chiming in, going to look into a few of these and probably buy soon!

If you're looking at the Active, you should check out the Case Mate Pop, or Incipio Silicrylic. I've had all 3, and for a dual layer case, the Pop and Silicrylic are a little thinner and the bevelled edges around the bezel mean you're not constantly bumping the case while typing.

JMO, but I'd go with either of those over the Active. I think they offer just as good, if not better protection, and feel a little better.

I just got a Trident Cyclops. It's a decent case, but the rubber outer ring comes off too easy if you ask me.

My vote is for the Case mate pop too. Great case

I was actually looking at the case mate too. I am slightly deterred because there are many reviews all over the internet of people saying that after a month (or a few) the silicone near the volume buttons start "bubbling out" and it looks deformed. (people reported that happening on lower left portions of phone too.) Maybe for an extra 10$ the seidio active is worth it...?

not quite sure, my seidio surface is only "half broken" so I can hang onto it.try to fix it if this new case isnt as nice

If you need to take your battery out frequently to change I would highley recommend NOT getting the case-mate pop case. I loved the case, but constantly taking it on and off caused the rubber on the sides to stretch to the point that it stuck out from the side of the case. Love the case, got one for my razr(not removable battery) but the rubber stretching out was unacceptable to me.

I posted something similar to this not too long ago and just recently decided that my phone will be going w/o a case. I had the Innocase, but finally decided to take it off (I was also tired of removing my case to put into my dock charger). I do have to say that I did just get a new wallet that zips around and is big enough to put my phone in w/o a case and I love that!! I really do like the slimness of the phone now w/o the case and the way it feels. I'm not afraid of dropping it, I have my OG Droid to go back to if I need to. I do have 2 upgrades available for me to use, but there is no phone out there that I really want. I really do want the Samsang Note to come to VZW.
