ok so two things:

1. this - iBolt PerfektFit Charging Cradle for HTC Incredible 4G LTE Hands-On

&

2. internal approval email went out to Verizon employees for the device TODAY. No release date (of course)... so cue the birdman again!

Apparently an email circulated internally to Verizon's Tech guys that confirms the approval of the device. I am told, email -> then device.

I agree. Birdman got some flak for his announcement, (i don't think most people understood him). But he may well turn out to be the feathered nostradamas.

If that means its done with testing, then Verizon will probably release it on the 28th. Thats my guess. This way people have a brand new shiny phone while they're getting scammed by the shared data plans.

As a Verizon customer, I like to be taken out to dinner before I get f***ed. (South Park reference)

So how will people feel if they release for preoroder before the 28th for release 28th. If it allows keeping unlimited data? Will people give them credit for it?

I think you will regret that. I'm an HTC fanboy and wasn't happy at all worth that phone. I returned two of them. I really wanted to like it, but couldn't.

I agree on that. Not a bad phone, but not a leap forward in awesomeness from the original Dinc either. It wasn't worth the $50 Verizon wanted for it a month ago (and that was before the $30 upgrade fee too), and it's not worth it now.

Off-topic in a pre-release thread is perfectly cromulent, we're just concerned because from experience we've seen the delayed phone like gasoline and just the right political comment like a match all too often.

So would you guys agree there is zero chance of it coming out tomorrow on the 21st?

I guess if tomorrow comes and goes, I will be ordering my GS3 to put on ebay in the unopened box so it can fund my inc 4 when it comes out.
