I think it became available at either midnight Eastern or Central. I started downloading at about 10:07 Pacific and it's about 60% done... I'm jumping up and down!

My phone is probably a bit cluttered at the moment, so we'll see how it goes. I'll do a factory reset if it's laggy or weird (now that it's available on demand).

Everything Verizon does is set to Central time.

A factory rest is typically a good option when a new update like this comes along.

This is FANTASTIC! My 25+ mbps connection has decided to download ICS at about 4kbps....Im hoping its finished downloading by August.

You have to keep in mind the number of people downloading from their servers at this exact time. It is slowing everyone down. My wifi connection averages about 60 Mpbs and it is slow right now.

BTW, 97% right at this moment.
