God I hate FedEx. Estimated delivery was for the 6th so I took off work tomorrow. But it's already on the truck, out for delivery. Now I got to rush home before they stop by my house. And I work 50 mins away.
Going to be sooo pissed if they stop by my place while I'm on the road.
I probably would be getting mine today or tomorrow too since I preordered at 8am on the 6th. But, I had to cancel the credit card I used to preorder and a few weeks ago went online to change it to a new valid credit card.
Well, turns out they still tried to bill the old credit card thus it got put on hold. Stupid Verizon
I called Tuesday and gave them my correct information. It's getting processed to be shipped out, so I will hopefully get it Monday. Oh well, I don't even have my otterbox yet!
The point is VZW has not communicated anything, but the other carriers gave BB notification to plan on for the G3 and even e shipped some a tad early.
I see the dude's point, so guess we will see. Perhaps VZW is taking most allocations, so other channels could be choked out at launch. That could explain the lack of communication, if we want to go depressed goth and play some Cure. Kind of like the goth downer kids in South Park
I tried to tell the rep that Verizon announced it last week that they would release in stores on he 10th. But evidently she is so used to her script she still repeated they weren't given a launch date yet. lol Yeah. Like Verizon's shipment confirmation email yesterday.
