I agree.

BTW, the notes from the presentation today indicated that 400 million iDevices have been sold to date, didn't they?

If I read that correctly then this thread title is perhaps rather optimistic.

Yes. down right funny. but that is the marketing machine that is apple. i tasted the kool aid. i was a very sour apple flavor. rather play with robots and look at windows. so much easier to use.

Not sure of the number. Cook and the other guy who introduced the iphone 5 were rather dull and boring... They lack what Jobs had: charisma. Let's run a parallel and compare Hitler to Jobs. Both were natural born talented speakers who excelled at controlling and making the crowd believe what they said. Dullness at its best.

It wasn't like before, that's for sure.

The days of "one more thing" are truly gone.

Why not keep your iphone 4? its the same.

This summer I upgraded my Android phone. Bigger screen, faster processor and LTE.

For what I do, it was a very nice, but not necessary, upgrade.

I imagine that many iPhone owners will make a similar decision.

What's wrong with that? :)

I do applaud them for losing the glass back. +1 on that!

Yes, now if they could just get the sides to cover the top glass. Apple touts all there crap as the best hardware out there performance wise before it comes out when its already a generation behind the offerings from others. Apple is a marketing genius. However since Steve died, they are a joke.

Not even a little. Not a fan of Apple, but other people are, and if they want to buy the new iPhone, more power to them. Doesn't really affect me one way or the other, as long as Android phones keep coming out. I've tried Apple, and they aren't my bag.

It probably will if the lemmings keep feeding the evil empire money. they will litigate the others out of competition.

I will go phoneless if that happens.!
