Help (HELP)Flashed to metro , but they cant activate it

Hello guys , i have a sprint samsung epic touch 4g , but i flashed it to metro pcs with qpst, but i tried to activate it dialing *228 and they told me they couldnt activate it cause the serial number was not a metro pcs phone .

My question is :
CAN I ADD THE SERIAL NUMBER TO METROPCS OR ANYTHING CAUSE I REALLY LOVE THIS PHONE ! I HAVE A COOLPAD CURRENFLY SO CAN I SWITCH SERIAL NUMBERS OR ANYTHING ? PLEASE ANSWER !

Yes, there are ways to switch the ESN (MEID) numbers between phones, but we probably can't discuss it here. Most forum moderators will give a mean scowl at anything broaching the subject, as it is is teetering on the edge of federal laws. (There is some grey area as to the interpretation of "fraudulent purposes" when referring to changing phone serial numbers.)

Some of the other forums have discussions about repairing your MEID if it has accidentally been erased. (Which happens... I bought a used E4T with an all-zero MEID, and had to fix it) Also, search for threads about using Sprint phones on Boost/Virgin/Sprint-SERO/etc - they would have to take similar steps.

actually its not illegal to use a esn from a different phone as long as only one phone is being used and is being paid. But yea not here, anyways metro will not metroflash it anymore so that sucks. I wanted mine connected to metro or boost.
