Videomix is non-US programs, TV Portal isn't in the Play Store, see Slideme for example (alternative but legal market), also not really targeted has here.

has anyone tried finger hoola it was a FAOTD on amazon a few weeks back and I have to say it will clam you down once you get the hang of it its good stuff

Just completed analysis on several email apps ; about to take on weather apps. Anyone got a list of weather apps they've used (pro or con)? I've not used these much and want to get some feedback -outside of "The Market"
Also, I am looking for a radar type app that's got a nice interface and zip code or street level capable

I want to prevent myself from using certain apps for a certain amount of time like I can on my computer using Temptation Blocker. It really lets me get things done. Are their any Apps that prevent me from using other Apps for a set time limit that I set?

Seriously? Wow! Seems kinda like locking your money in a safe so you can't spend it... Yet you have the combination. If you really want to use the apps, Temptation Blocker isn't really stopping you. I don't know of any like that for Android.

I agree. Actually the restriction would make ME want it more! I have seen ads on tv for a kindal where parents set time limits for kids....but of course it works.....as long as the kid aint big enough to beat the code out of the parent...

I use Radar Now.
It's not street capable, it does show radar stations and those are for area coverage.
Check with Frisco, I tried the one he was using - it was pretty good too but I just don't recall the name.

I really like the Weather Bug PRO app. The radar in the app can zoom in to seeing my house. It also includes a simple regional Radar Widget that I keep on my home screen.
This app is really valuable to me as I ride a motorcycle.

My favorite app so far is Orbot, with transparent proxy of course!

I'm sure I sound rude. But I wish this thread would stick to the discussion of apps. I'm subscribed to this thread and lately I get notifications only to find out it's basically a private conversation between two people.

Ninja SMS - to make sure text from fave contacts don't get lost or ignored. They show up as pop-up
Mighty Text It makes it easy to text using my computer but it shows up on your phone history
