Root [Virgin Mobile] [ROM][4.4.2]CyanogenMod 11[02/14][d2vmu]

Hmmm, did you use any of the fixes? What recovery mod?

I have philz touch recovery, and i started off with the nightly posted here but then i dirty flashed the newer nightly to fix a camera issue (12/15/13) which can be found in Struckn's CM 10.2/CM 11 thread along with flashing the dalvik patch from that same thread, and thats pretty much it other than flashing a dkp kernel for overclocking

*For safe measure I did wipe the dalvik cache AND wiped the cache before flashing the above but i did not do the factory reset/delete data* but i don't know if that makes a difference, I am still learning :D

Anyone else having the persistent voicemail notification problem? It pops up and I have no actual voicemail. The only way to get rid of it is to force stop the Phone app in settings but it pops back up after a while. If I flash back to 4.3 TW from my Nandroid it doesn't happen.

I had this problem on my Evo V 4G when I flashed a CM ROM to it. I can't remember if I did something to get rid of it or if it just stopped happening.

Any ideas to get rid of it? I've wiped data & cache on the phone app in settings. I've flashed back to 4.3 TW, called my phone, left a voicemail & deleted it then flashed back to CM 11 & there it is again. On CM 11, I've called my phone, left a voicemail & deleted it. Nothing seems to work...the notification still comes back.

EDIT: I fixed it...I think. On CM 11 I used Titanium Backup to restore the VVM app that I had from 4.3 TW, called my phone & left a voicemail. When I deleted it in the VVM app... ABRA-CADABRA... the notification disappeared! So far it hasn't come back. We shall see...

The only problem I am having with this current build is a Bluetooth issue with my car audio. It will connect fine the first time from initial install but then each and every time after that Bluetooth will not start and I get a process com.android.bluetooth stop error. If I reboot the phone it will again only work for that one time. I have been reading on xda that there are some issues with the current nightly. Other than this issue, this build is running great for me.

Looks as though John762 is using handcent sms. I can say that I played with APN fixes and settings for hours yesterday and what eventually worked for me was the MG2 modem with the LTE SEND fix flashed at the same time. On the MK5 modem I could only send MMS. Others have reported this not working though. I used the 12/17 nightly of cm11.

Where are you guys finding these nightlies? Are these the mainstream d2spr nightlies or is there another thread for d2vmu nightlies that I'm missing somewhere? The latest I see is the d2vmu nightly from 12/13 from the OP.

I tried the 12/15 from the other CM thread on here and had all sorts of bluetooth issues and data issues so I flashed back to my Nandroid of this 12/13 build.

I see everyone talking about a 12/16 build and a 12/17 build....

I have been getting the nightlies from cyanogenmod.org and modifying the update script. The instructions to do so are in the sticky by struckn called all-in-one guide for modding...

That's kinda what I thought and was afraid of. I don't have access to a desktop computer right now. The graphics card went out on my all-in-one desktop a couple of months ago and it just hasn't been a priority to replace the computer($$$). I'll have to see if my crappy little Netbook can do the job.
