I think I want to learn how to create a ROM but I am not really sure how hard it would be. I have always wanted to learn 
I don't think I would even know where to start though 
Hmm so many questions and I am not really close to any devs to get some questions answered so it would make the process 10x harder for me especially since most devs don't like to bothered
