Is the hearing damage popup something we can disable? Do you know where it might be? I frequently have my phone connected to a stereo (at home, in the car, at work, etc) and control the volume via a Pebble watch, and that hearing damage popup breaks remote volume control.

iwoloschin, the popup always pops but I use a Tasker profile after the popup to set the volume back to max. I don't know if that type of set up will fix your pebble.

Well, if it makes the popup go away it'll probably work. Basically, the Pebble doesn't know how to deal with the popup, so volume control is locked out until it goes away. Mind sharing your profile?
With Tasker Installed if you change options they will probably change back. Only way to remove the volume warning is to root.
I know when in the gym and i used the stock headphones the pop up would show and I press OK and press the volume up and volume would go up. I have since purchased beats by dre headphones and volume past less then half is too loud.
