I am on the 500mb plan and I reached my limit a few days ago, but today when browsing the internet I noticed it was faster than usual, so I ran a speed test and saw that I wasn't throttled anymore. I checked my data usage on Metro's website and it shows 133%. Is this a glitch with BYOD? Also do I have to worry about Metro charging my account for unlimited or disconnecting my service if I keep using it?

you might be charged for it at the end of the month. Go on the website and log into your account to see if your balance is more than $40

If he was charged then he should complain. Metro is pre pay for a reason. Unless he specifically changed his plan then he should not be charged for going over the limit.

soooooooo
can the OP elaborate with more info..

I wen't over my data limit a few days ago and was throttled, but last night I noticed my data was back at normal speed while on youtube (the video played in HD without lag), then I checked metro's website and it said I was over the limit. Today, I checked and my bill had not been raised, but my internet is throttled again.
