I'm super frustrated, My Note 3 Cannot connect to Google Play Services (Google Play, Can't connect to my account) I've already factory reset my phone multiple times (Which I regret, because It didnt fix it.) Please tell me someone else knows how to fix this! I'm so frustrated.

Go to your settings application manager then all apps look for google play services and clear cache and data.

Do you have Google's 'Double' security authentication setup for your account?

If so, you need to go through the 'Browser' on your systems to Google Chrome, log in there, then it will send a '2nd' authentication code to your cell phone # via a text, and you will have to enter that, then you should be able to automatically connect to you Google Play store without having to do anything else on your phone.

Hope this helps.

Use the browser on your phone and go and connect to 'Google' and log into your account like you were accessing mail from the browser, which works.

If your account is setup with a 2nd Authentication method, when you enter your password for you e-mail login, it should flag you and open a box that indicates that you have a 2nd authentication method setup and it should ask you if you want a call or text message. Select text message and it will send you a 6 digit authentication code that you will have to use the 'home' button so that you can get out to see it and then the 'home' button held for 3 or 4 seconds to open the list of applications so you can get back to the 'Google' page that should be open for the 'Authentication Code'.

Once you enter the code, the Play store should work just fine on your Note 3 and you should not even have to authenticate to it at all.

Have fun, and I hope this helps.

Apparently I don't have that. Which is a shame, Hoped it would fix the problem lol. I think this happened before during the mini update and the problem was solved once I rooted it incase that information is Important. Thanks for trying to help though, Much appreciated!

Any other ideas, anyone else had this issue?

Delete your Google account in Accounts. Add a new account and enter the same login and password. Whether that will fix it depends on what the problem is. What's happening to you has a few different causes. (Google playing games is one of them, but they seem to be working okay for everyone else today. Sometimes you'll see forums flooded with "can't get to Google" messages - that's an indication that they're "fixing" something they shouldn't have broken in the first place. And an indication that you shouldn't waste time trying to fix anything on your end.)

This is a problem that has been going on for over a month..
There is no permanent fix for it, as of yet..
It is on Google Stores end..
I started a thread on another android site over a month ago that has had nearly 16,000 hits with 100's of suggestions made for a fix..
None have worked more than temporarily...
Google has had many reports sent to them on this issue but it still has not been resolved..
I thought with the release of Kit Kat that it would fix it for me, but didn't..

The best thing to do is send in a report to this link,
googleplay-support@google.com and put it on GOOGLE to resolve the issue.. Also this phone # for Google Support.... 855-836-3987..
You can Google search this and find the on going thread along with all the things that have been tried....
"Google Play Store- Connection Time Out- Retry?"
