You have to do the test and post the screen shot . also you have T-Mobile and live in the south east part of america . places such as Florida Texas etc.
Not rooted, and it's been going on for probably close to a year ... I've called ATT a million times about it and they claim im in a low 4g lte coverage area ... if that's the case why do I have 3+ bars at all times? Even if that were true, these speeds are just unacceptable.
I've tried getting a new sim card, still to no avail.
It is many areas without 4g as we speak . they are try and working with carriers around the clock to provide this . most of these problems are from towers needing updated materials . are you in a low line area such as a cut or small town or area outside a city . having 3bars is proof but how is the battery . do you have a WiFi
Now when you goto the city or the big area does these speeds pick up or stay the same . when you use the WiFi do they increase or stay the same . such as in my area I decrease when I am at home but when out shopping in the city or going to work it increase to better than at home . I use that app get 4 good ones in the city and compare to where you live. Another thing at&t and other carriers tell you when you call nothing is wrong or if towers is down all the time they don't know and if you take the time you can catch them in the lie they tell such as power outages or powerful storms . this is cause your paying for service if they credit you and others they will be out a company .
When I make a call it goes to 4g, and when I do a speed test while on 4g im getting 3 mbps down and 1 mbps up ... which is much much better, now the only question is how do I keep it on 4g?
I don't see the map. Just the legend. So what if I bought some phone that could only do 3g? I'm using my phone as my form of internet for the next 4 days because the house I bought doesn't close until Friday and the cable company shut my service off early and already put it there ... moronic. I told them the date and they did it early.
What 3g phones are capable of tethering?
Is there no wya I can just turn LTE off and only use 4g?
Yes your good its the area your in . try the city methods and you will see a big difference. Or when u get settled in your new spot try the WiFi out . you will notice a big change .
