I noticed today that 3 apps downloaded to my phone.
Cookie Jam
Drippler
RetailMeNotCoupons

I even did a factory reset to my phone. I started Play Store but did not download or update anyting.
After a few minutes these 3 apps appeared on my phone.

Anyone else have this happened ?

Turns out it is caused by an app called DT Ignite who have was installed on some carriers during an official update. This app was included on the LG G3 Verizon model, as well. It can and should be turned off. It has access to just about everything and can download files without user permission.

"Digital Turbine Ignite lets mobile operators regain a competitive edge, maximizing the efficiency of pre and post loading applications on smartphones for more advertising revenue. Carriers can cut down the long process of authorizing and implementing apps by the OEM, and instead lead the market with the most up-to-date app packages and customized CPI deals, right from initial device activation."

From their website.

I (coincidentally) just stumbled across the same information while browsing the T-MOBILE NOTE4 ANDROID DEVELOPMENT Section @ XDA-DEVELOPERS.
These links might be of interest:

I'm running the DARTHSTALKER ROM & apparently the developer caught this & deleted it,no where to be found on my phone.
I also have the RAPTURE ROM loaded up on-ice,gonna take a look & delete/freeze it if present................
