Put a new battery in my Galaxy S4Active. A full charge(15%-100%) now takes 14 hours from a wall outlet with the adapter. Any help?

The first thing I would do is swap out the cord and wall adapter for others. If it still happens then perhaps the battery is the culprit?

No but I suppose it's always a possibility. I'd focus on the cord and adapter in any case. They are easy to test. Are you using the originals for the S4 Active?
