problem with audio

Hi aven4d, Google is always your best friend:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1366404
If you have a look at this which is on the xda developers forum you will get an idea of what happens.
I would suspect that trying to install ICS ROM to a small smart phone with a small and slow CPU is not a very good idea.
If you search this Forum you will find that a lot of guys have tried to speed up this model Ideos with varying success, but there were always 'bugs' in the systems. WiFi, camera, FM radio, Apps and worst of all - high battery consumption.
My advice would be to save up and get a newer bigger faster phone which will have Version 4 Android already installed.
If you carried out a full backup before installing ICS - why not do a Factory Reset and start afresh?
I moved from U8150 to U8800 and just recently to Galaxy S4. The U8800 had Froyo 2.2 initially - then Huawei made available Gingerbread (Froyo2.3.5) as a factory upgrade. This was brilliant and installed on the U8800 X5 without any problems. You just installed from > Settings > About phone > Online Upgrade. Very simple and easy.
You can't imagine how many guys got into trouble because they didn't identify their phone first. This Huawei upgrade was not suitable for model U8800-51 which was dedicated to only a couple of USA Networks. Or guys who tried to install the factory approved ICS version 4 to NON- U8800-PRO model.
The bottom line is - that if you Root and ROM your phone there is always the risk that things won't go right and you may end up with a 'brick' or a phone that doesn't utilize all it's original assets. Like I said earlier - try a Factory Reset to get back to normal and then decide what you want to do and research first to get ALL the info you need before starting. Cheers Neil.
