So I have posted in both Rom threads about the issue with no anvil at all with what the issue might be. I know this is not an issue on my end (as far as I can tell.) I was hoping Ethanbanker2428 could help me on this since this is only happening with his recent releases and all works fine on CM12.1 RC5 and his first release of Candy5. I am on cricket carrier and I double checked my APNs and they all check out. I even went back to CM12.1 RC5 to make sure it wasnt on my end and it worked fine. I was able to receive MMS instantly.
So I am reaching out to everyone else in this ZTE community for help.
Phone has no damage. Phone is properly rooted. It was a clean flash. Picture below of issue.
As you can see it just sits on sending. Never sends nor can I receive MMS
