) but omitted the other personal info; this is Ferrera's official response to my concerns about the Maple Nut Goodies. I smell a fabrication, since it seems like the "issue" would have been noticed a long, long time ago. Besides, they said nothing about the awful waxy/filmy change to the coating.
I'm guessing they are also mailing this given the reference to the "enclosed."
