prevent pause music when receiving incoming call

Hello, I have a problem. I want to play music with Youtube constantly over my Bluetooth speaker without pause when I receive an incoming call or other notification. Do not disturb option is not a solution, I need to answer my calls but I want the music still playing in the background. I've also tried with "Separate app sound" but with no success. When I received I call music goes to pause.

Please give me some hint :/

I don't understand why when I google about this problem everybody asks the opposite "why Android pause music when received incoming call". All threads were old, look like android change this methodology or what?

I can not solve my problem with Macrodroid or Tasker because I even can't stop my Android to pause my music when I receive an incoming call. Try for your self still, listen to music while receiving an incoming call.
